Optimistically Visionary

There is much wisdom to be learned from our attachment to what we perceive as our truth.
Truth is true, it is real, and it does not require agreement to be so.. It just is. It exists with many other truths., as much as it stands alone.

In our work, most of us enjoy being appreciated for our subject matter expertise. We pride ourselves in our vision, our experience, and our ability to detect and manage marketing or opreational issues for profitability. In business we sometimes feel like our success is contingent upon influencing others to see the issues that you are bringing with intention of mitigating the risk, the discomfort and inconvenience of the matter at hand.

A professional rub occurs for us in business when we perceive a threat that requires vision and strategy to correct, and instead the issue gets brushed aside, decommited, or unmanaged. Does this make the issue any less a truth? No of course not..

Could it be that we have values beyond that which we think we bring, that others appreciate about us. With or without our attachment to positive results, there is that feeling of belonging and being valued.

So how then can we detach our personal investment to recognize that influence and change can be gained by inspiring others to look beyond the present limitations to embrace a view for what might be possible. The truth is that meaningful change is rarely 'convenient" or "easy", but part of our professional drama appreciates the struggle.

Let us not however get so stuck in the limitations that we fail to recognize our own capacity for creating prosperity and productivity in any economy by simply working the issues and opportunities, one at a time, with consistency.

In order to experience Freedom and harmony..

Freefalling to space, she thought about how long she had fallen, tht she only has 2 more lengths of climbing material, and yet she fell silently to earth, landing on feet.

Sometimes we overestimate the negative logic and limit ourselves to only fear and worry.
Yes it's real, but so is it's optimistic alternative.

Getting rid of what's unneeded to welcome what's needed

It is the first week of the Detox Diet- no potential allergens, allows the liver to cleanse itself and work more effectively. I have lost 5 pounds this week.

Week 2 gets more challenging, starting today. I am not a great fan of powdered, reconstituted drinks, so I have modified the diet to combine my breakfast and lunch fruit snacks, opting instead for a fruit smoothie-- no dairy on this diet, so I mix it with almond milk or herbal tea... any way I blend it with my favorite variety of frozen fruits.

Here is the week's plan:

  • Breakfast: 2 scoops rice powder blended smoothie with frozen fruit, carob, almond milk.

  • Snack: 2 scoop smoothie.
  • Dinner: Steamed Rice and baby peas with flaxseed oil.

The Universe is alive and well..

I needed to get up early today, it was a choice I made last night.. one that will help me be prepared for the holidays. The challenge is that my sleep patterns have not been conducive to working from a schedule since pain and exhaustion seem to accompany "waking" hours or "waking me up" for hours.

Grateful to have a full night's sleep and not wake in pain! Delighted to have a call from my dear friend Carol who was alight with living life in balance and inspiration... Then a call from KJ, who affirmed for me to "trust" and to "be"-- I have the council I need, I just need to invest more trusting optimism that I am loved, I am guided, and all is well.

My husband is a schedule driven performer.. He is able to set an alarm and always wake on time, for anything and everything. Today he woke at 5:30 and I told him to try to wake me, but if I don't move, perhaps I need the sleep. He dutifully woke, and did this before taking part on his morning fitness regimen. I fell asleep.. He kindly let me.

Then at 5:53, the phone rang.. This or my child crying are the two auditory queues that always get my attention, enough to start thinking about what I need to do next. And so it was that a support call coming in for a product that is technically supported during business hours in the U.S. and should not be generating work before I wake, became that universal gift I needed to get going today.

Thank you Universe! All is well and good in the world. I am awake to witness this! AND then came the Abraham-Hicks message of the day: "

The joyous place you may be standing is temporary, and the abhorrent place that you may be standing is temporary. Your now reality is only a temporary, momentary culmination of what youve been thinking about"
